Alex is a freshman Chemistry student at UIUC. He is interested in studying organic chemistry and its applications to the medical field. He currently wants to purse a graduate degree in synthetic chemistry and a career in the development of pharmaceuticals. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, working out, and listening to music. He is currently working with Dr. Sar to create noninvasive fluorescent dyes.
