Enrique earned his BS in Bioengineering from the University of California Merced and his Masters in Bioengineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His research focuses on developing efficient nanoparticles for delivering payloads of therapeutics. Enrique’s ambition is to see through the translation of laboratory designed materials and therapeutics into the market and the bed side of patients. For this reason he is also pursuing an MBA in product development. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, and traveling.
