Biography

Zhaolu received a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Donghua University in 2013. Then she earned a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering in 2015. Now she is a Ph.D Candidate and majored in Environmental Science and Engineering in Donghua University. Her research area is remediation of petroleum contaminated soil and the mechanism of petroleum pollution treatment. She has been awarded a scholarship under the State Scholarship Fund to pursue her study in Professor Pan’s lab where she may involve in a project about crude oil pollution treatment. The awardee was selected by the China Scholarship Council(CSC) in 2016.

She desires to broaden her knowledge and expertise. And her strong interest in science lead her to study other technologies, such as nanotechnology and biotechnology. She shows high passion in understanding the pharmacology of targeted drug therapy of breast cancer.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading and listening music.
