Kimmie is a junior in Bioengineering at UIUC. She plans to pursue medical school after graduation and go on to become a physician. She currently works as a Certified Nursing Assistant and is passionate about bedside manners. She hopes to contribute to lab in a way that will help bring therapies from lab bench to bedside. In her time spent outside the world of Bioengineering, Kimmie enjoys playing Alto Saxophone in the Marching Illini.
