Valery is a junior majoring in bioengineering and minoring in chemistry. In the lab, she is currently working on antibacterial properties of nanoparticles. Outside of her studies she enjoys being an engineering tour guide and is involved with the Biomedical Engineering Society. Her hobbies include baking and swimming.
